Walter Isaacson’s Franklin: An American Life

Walter Isaacson gives the world an incredible, deep and profound insight into the world and life of Ben Franklin. A polymath of his day; a printer, postmaster, writer, poet, scientist, inventor, statesman, diplomat, entrepreneur, businessman, political theorist, politician, freemason and founding father of Modern America, Franklin is one of the most interesting people to ever walk the earth. This is not just my opinion; many people of past and present — including world leaders, billionaires, investors, writers and scientists — are/were admirers of this great man.

There has been a ton written and said about Franklin — many books, articles, speeches and documentaries — but none of them compare to this gem from the master of autobiographers and exceptional Author, Walter Isaacson. As with his books on Steve Jobs and Einstein, Walter dived deep –deeper than most writers even try — into the life and work of a great, and then translated his findings into an easy-to-read, articulative, precise and complete historical account
