If your taking it post-workout, use frozen berries instead, or add 4-5 ice cubes. The mint goes really well with the banana, which goes even better with the blueberries. Blueberry Mint Blast
1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
Handful of blueberries
Few mint leaves
1 Small banana
Sprinkle of nutmeg (optional)
Juice of half a lime
For something even better and indulgent, add 1 tablespoon of good butter or coconut oil. This will give it a beautiful creamy texture and makes the whole drink better. If you’re adding ice, you’re in heaven.
