My Tasty Iced Morning ‘Latte’ Shake

This is a quick, healthy, high-protein shake. Its suitable for gluten-free, paleo and everythingatarians. It can be enjoyed anytime of day, but i like it in the mornings as a quick breakfast, or on a hot day whilst basking in the hot English sun (ahem).

1-2 scoops of flavoured whey/hemp protein OR you can substitute for a mug full of greek yoghurt.

1 tablespoon of instant coffee/finely ground coffee beans

1 tablespoon of coconut oil OR high quality butter like kerrygold.

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional

5 Ice cubes

Blitz together until fully combined (about 1 minute) in a blender or use a hand blender and a large beaker. Top with cocoa powder if you’re feeling frisky.
